Entertainer Iyabo Ojo has authoritatively declared the cast for her impending film, Labake Olododo.
She shared a video on her Instagram account on Thursday introducing the cast.
The cast includes a few remarkable figures from Nollywood, including Mercy Aigbe, Odunlade Adekola, Toyin Abraham, Fathia Balogun, Broda Shaggi, Muka Beam, Wumi Toriola, and Iyabo herself.
She expressed her heartfelt appreciation in her post, stating, “The long-awaited day has finally arrived! I am filled with gratitude for my remarkable cast and crew.
“Thank you for being part of this epic cinematic journey, Labake Olododo. Your hard work and dedication mean the world to me.
“To my amazing fans, please tag your favorite cast members and show them some love. Let them know how much their efforts are appreciated.
“And to my crew members, your love and support have made this journey unforgettable. Thank you all for your tireless efforts. Let the journey begin!”
Iyabo Ojo facilitated a unique social occasion for the cast and group at her Fespris Studio in Lekki, Lagos to recognise this declaration.
In June, the entertainer uncovered her re-visit of film creation after a break, indicating that Labake Olododo would be her first film in a while.
Biodun Stephen coordinated the film, which is a cooperative venture with chief makers Iyabo Ojo, Filmone Studios, and Alaba Extreme.
The release date has yet to be announced.
