Famous comedian Basketmouth caused controversy when he first quoted the Bible in support of polygamy.
In his Instagram story, the actor compared some Bible characters who have only one wife to those who have many wives.
According to Basketmouth, men in the Bible who married one woman eventually lost their way and rebelled against God.
On the other hand, all the polygamists in the Bible agree with God.
told everyone to do whatever they wanted with the information he was giving.
In his words: "According to the Bible, Ahab - 1 wife of Herod - 1 wife of Ananias - 1 wife of Pontius Pilate - 1 wife of Jesus Rehoboam - 1 wife of Nebuchadnezzar - 11 wife of Zacchaeus - 1 Wives all rebelled against God
