Charly Boy, a noticeable Nigerian performer and social critic, has communicated his discontent with President Bola Tinubu’s government, stating that it only sustains the deficiencies of its ancestor, Buhari.
In a post on his X page on Sunday, he featured that Tinubu’s administration incorporates various people who were essential for previous President Muhammadu Buhari’s government, which was generally viewed as fruitless during its eight-year time frame.
He provided a number of instances of Tinubu’s appointees who had previously worked under Buhari, such as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Budget Minister, NNPCL GMD, Chief of Staff, Senate President, DG DSS, and Special Adviser on Coordination.
He conveyed his disappointment that Tinubu’s government appears to be continuing the same structure and personnel that resulted in the “ruins” of the previous eight years, despite assurances of reform.
