A man has died after fasting for 19 days.
The 58-year-old, whose name has not been unveiled, passed away on Tuesday while participating in a dry fasting, as detailed by the Lagos State Police Advertising Official, SP Benjamin Hundeyin.
Hundeyin demonstrated that the occasion happened in the Alagbado region of the state on Monday at around 6:00 AM.
The Official expressed that the deceased’s more youthful sibling, whose name was likewise not uncovered, announced the occurrence to the Alagbado Police Division around 7:00 PM around the same time.
As per Hundeyin, the sibling referenced that his kin kicked the bucket while purportedly captivating in a 19-day dry fasting.
Hundeyin further noted, “No foul play suspected; family demands to convey the corpse for burial.”
