Falz, a Nigerian lawyer and rapper, has at last answered the cross-country protest mobilized against terrible governance.
It is no longer news that Nigerians went on a statewide protest to end bad governance on August 1.
Falz, a notable critic of the horrible administration, took to X to communicate his disappointment with President Tinubu’s barbarism in not answering the protest.
He addressed how long the president needs to keep pushing the majority until everything goes to pieces.
His words: “Genuinely don’t know why it’s so difficult to be humane. They say make you leave am, you no gree. Say na your birthright. You can’t now turn a deaf ear. You tried to make it look like the protests were “politically motivated”. Shebi una don see now? How long do you think you can keep on pushing the people back before it blows up in your face ?”
It is worth noting that Afrobeat award-winning artist Burna Boy recently gave over the title of “African Giant” to Falz after distancing himself from the nationwide protest that was cancelled by Nigerians in 2020.
