When he moved close, he took out the ring, and various youth corps individuals could be heard empowering the NDLEA official’s sweetheart to say OK.
Minutes into the video, she leaves the group, draws nearer to her partner in his NDLEA uniform, and acknowledges the proposition while flaunting the wedding band.
