Afrobeats craftsman Ayo Balogun, known as Wizkid, said that if he weren’t a performer, he would have pursued a lifelong interest in football.

He played on his school’s football team but didn’t participate because of his restlessness and aversion to early mornings.

In a meeting shared by @itzbasito on X, Wizkid discussed his footballer companions who party with him yet don’t smoke or drink. They need to get up at 6 a.m. to prepare, which he respects as a commitment.

He additionally shared that he doesn’t travel with protectors on the grounds that he sees his supervisory crew as family, and his director, Sunday Are, resembles a mentor to him.
