Netflix has announced the continuation of Squid Game, saying that the subsequent season will air on Boxing Day (December 26th).

The eventual fate of Netflix’s hit show Squid Game has been affirmed with a first look at the series.

Initially an unexpected hit in 2021, the show pulled in worldwide fans and turned into the platform’s most famous series.

Alongside the announcement, a brief trailer was distributed, portraying an Olympic-style theme in which Squid Game contenders race for endurance.

The trailer portrays the secret person Front Man, Lee Byung-hun, directing the uproar while joined by his pink-fit associates.

He asks, “It’s been three years. “Do you want to play again?”

A third series has been dispatched, but it will be the last. The progress of the show provoked the formation of the unscripted TV drama Squid Game: The Test.

Lee Jung-jae, who played Seong Gi-hun in the first season, recently teased the second season in an interview with RadioTimes, saying, “I think the script for season 2 is even more interesting than season 1, and there will be a new set of characters as well.

“One thing I felt when reading the script is that there’s an even deeper emotion uncovered in season two, and I also think the audience is going to feel like, ‘Where is this story going?’ Because there are so many twists and turns that happen.”

The second time of Squid Game will debut on Boxing Day, while the first season is available on Netflix.
